This role is a Part-Time fully remote role where work will be expected to be completed during regular business hours.
Key Responsibilities
As the AP Technician – JDE Expert, you will play a critical role in optimizing the company’s accounts payable operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts Payable Processing:

Manage end-to-end AP transactions within the JD Edwards system.

Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing while maintaining compliance with company policies.

System Optimization & Troubleshooting:

Leverage JDE expertise to troubleshoot, enhance, and streamline AP workflows.

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve system issues and implement process improvements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing.

Support reporting and reconciliation activities to maintain accurate financial records.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as required.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

3+ years of experience in accounts payable, with proven expertise in JD Edwards.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne AP modules.

Strong knowledge of financial processes, ERP systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Competencies:

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions effectively.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
