Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend development for multiple services and applications built in Ruby.

Requirements:
Senior-level backend engineer with deep Ruby experience in 6 years plus, especially in modern frameworks.
Strong background in building and integrating APIs and web services.
Demonstrated history of working on complex software systems in fast-paced product environments.
Familiarity with agile development methods, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies.
Comfortable collaborating in a team-oriented, English-speaking engineering culture.
Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of balancing delivery speed with long-term code quality.
