JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across our data systems. You’ll work with spreadsheets, reports, and databases to find and fix data issues before they impact the business.
This is a remote, full-time role for someone based in the Philippines with a strong eye for detail and experience in data validation, report checking, and quality control.

Review datasets for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
Run quality checks on reports, spreadsheets, and CRM data
Compare and validate data across systems (e.g., Excel, databases, Google Sheets)
Assist in data cleaning and standardization
Collaborate with data and ops teams to improve quality processes

Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with data checking or QA work
Familiar with CRMs, dashboards, or analytics platforms
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
English fluency (written and spoken)
