I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my growing real estate business. If you’re experienced in writing offers, drafting leases, and staying on top of lead follow-ups, especially using platforms like Lofty, I want to hear from you!
???? Your Key Responsibilities:
Draft and submit real estate purchase offers
Prepare lease agreements and related documents
Track deal progress and stay on top of key transaction deadlines
Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders
Follow up with buyer and renter leads via Lofty CRM
Provide general admin support (calendar management, email follow-up, etc.)
? What I’m Looking For:
Previous experience in real estate transactions or admin support
Familiarity with writing contracts and leases
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Experience with Lofty CRM (or willingness to learn quickly)
Available during EST business hours (at least part of the day)
