Amazon Seller Central Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Schedule: 6pm – 2am PHT (with some flexibility)
Location: Remote / Work-from-home
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Seller Central Specialist to join our remote team full-time.
You’ll help manage day-to-day operations across multiple Amazon accounts. If you’re experienced with Seller Central, skilled in flat files and spreadsheets, and love structured, organized work-this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage checklists across 10-15 Amazon accounts (daily/weekly/monthly)
Create and update product listings using flat files
Fix listing issues (stranded, suppressed, at-risk)
Monitor inventory and help resolve fulfillment problems
Handle customer messages and open support cases with Amazon
Track reimbursements for lost/damaged inventory
Prepare weekly account health reports
Follow and improve SOPs as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Excellent English writing and reading skills
Extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proactive and good at solving problems
Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
Fast and stable internet with a reliable computer setup
