About Us:
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based short-term rental (Airbnb) property management company operating in over 10 states. Our team is remote-first and performance-driven. We specialize in turning underperforming vacation rentals into high-earning listings through smart pricing, guest support, and streamlined operations.
We are looking for a Guest Relations Specialist who can support our team. You’ll be the front line of communication for our guests, helping to deliver 5-star experiences and supporting backend operations, and also handling various tasks to optimize listings, light book keeping, reviewing occupancy data and making informed decisions to increase revenue, filing damage claims and updating statuses.
Salary & Growth:
Starting Rate: $4-$5/hour (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to earn up to $8/hour with consistent, high-quality work and value-add projects

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Airbnb guest messages quickly and professionally
Handle complaints and problems with empathy and urgency
Coordinate check-in instructions, calendar conflicts, and basic booking issues
Help audit Airbnb listings and suggest improvements for higher booking conversion
Communicate clearly with guests and internal team using Slack, Hostaway, and Google Sheets
Support outbound messaging and follow-up with leads during slow periods
Document and improve support processes over time
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Highly reliable internet connection and professional home setup
Willing to work flexible hours (We never change your shift’s shcedule last minute.)
Tech-savvy and confident using tools like Airbnb, Hostaway, Google Workspace, and Slack
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Experience in Airbnb, short-term rentals, or hospitality is a big plus
Bonus Tasks (For Higher Pay):
Help review and optimize Airbnb listings (title, photos, pricing, etc.)
Support our sales team by calling leads or helping with outreach
Take initiative to improve documentation, FAQs, or training materials
