About the Role
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based law firm looking for a Virtual Assistant Intake Specialist who will be the first point of contact for people seeking legal help. Your main goal? Speak with potential clients and sell them on scheduling a paid legal consultations.
This is not just a customer service job – it’s a sales-driven position where your communication skills and confidence can directly earn you bonuses and long-term stability.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls, emails, website chats, and form inquiries from potential clients (from 9:30 am – 6:30 pm EST)
Build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to understand legal needs
Qualify leads and explain why our firm is the right choice
Sell consultations by clearly showing the value of speaking with our attorneys
Follow up with warm leads and track progress in our CRM
Work closely with our U.S. legal team to ensure smooth scheduling and client experience
Meet daily and weekly goals for conversion and call handling
What We’re Looking For
? Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/clear accent preferred)
? Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
? Confident and professional phone manner
? Strong listener who can connect with clients emotionally and logically
? Organized, reliable, and proactive – you take initiative
? Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and VoIP systems
? Must have stable internet, power backup, and a quiet work environment
? Legal intake experience (preferred, but not required – we’ll train the right person)
