Join Our Team as a Tech-Savvy Automation Virtual Assistant!
We’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant (Tech VA) who specializes in automation and CRM integrations to join our remote team. If you’re an expert in Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info (Integromat), and Close CRM, and you’re passionate about optimizing business systems – we want to hear from you.
This is a long-term, remote position with room to grow into a leadership or systems strategist role.

???? Job Responsibilities
As our Tech VA, you will:
Build, test, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier and Upgrade to see actual info
Customize and manage pipelines, sequences, and lead flows in Close CRM
Connect tools and platforms via API integrations and webhooks
Troubleshoot broken zaps/scenarios and optimize for efficiency
Create documentation and SOPs for every automation setup
Work closely with marketing and operations to automate repetitive tasks
Recommend new tools and strategies to streamline business processes

? Must-Have Skills
Proven experience with Zapier and Upgrade to see actual info (Integromat)
Solid working knowledge of Close CRM or similar CRMs
Strong understanding of automation logic, conditional paths, and trigger-based workflows
Experience with API-based tools, webhooks, and basic data structures (JSON, arrays, etc.)
High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
Clear, professional written and spoken English
Reliable internet and the ability to work independently

Knowledge of other CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
Basic scripting in JavaScript or Python (for custom webhook handling)
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace
Previous experience as a remote Tech Virtual Assistant

Work type: Full-Time (Part-Time possible for the right candidate)
Schedule: Flexible hours with at least 2-3 hours overlap with US business hours
Rate: $700-$1,200/month (depending on experience and skill level)
