Job Title: SMS Campaign Specialist
Location: Remote (Must work EST hours)
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Hours: 45 hours/week

About Us:
We’re a growing real estate investment company focused on off-market deals. Our acquisition team works directly with motivated sellers, and SMS outreach is a core channel for generating leads.
This is not a general VA role. We’re hiring ONLY experienced SMS specialists. If SMS was just 20% of your last job, this position is not for you.
Who We’re Looking For:
– You’ve managed daily SMS outreach as your main job – not just as a side task
– You’ve worked with tools like Launch Control, GoHighLevel, Smarter Contact, etc.
– You understand deliverability, compliance, opt-out logic, and spam filters
– You know how to tag leads, track replies, and move qualified prospects into CRM
– You’re not using a phone – you’ve used professional platforms and tools
– You can handle 1,500+ outbound texts/day and rotate templates properly
– You’re available full-time (45 hrs/week), working EST hours
Key Responsibilities:
– Run high-volume SMS campaigns daily using proper systems
– Monitor responses and qualify leads based on script and criteria
– Manage templates and rotate messages to avoid filtering
– Tag leads accurately and track campaign metrics
– Coordinate with acquisition and data teams to align campaigns
Required Experience:
– Minimum 1 year managing SMS outreach full-time
– Real estate investment or wholesaling background is a major plus
– Strong written English – clear, professional, and natural tone
– Familiarity with CRMs and SMS platforms
– Must be organized, reliable, and fully independent
