Your core duties will be to assist in the management of physical security and operations to ensure secured and safe environment for the core business to thrive, to protect the asset of the Bank.
Are You Someone Who Can
Develop and implement security management plans
Establish efficient work procedures and schedules that allow for optimization and tracking of own work and deliverables.
Manage investigations in case of crime
Gathering of intelligence for appropriate actions
Monitor and manage potential physical and financial risk through communicating concerns and addressing accordingly
Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, communication, reporting and updating of all related information
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds stakeholders’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
Monitoring and maintenance of the Bank’s electronic security system and assignment instructions in liaison with the service providers
Remote supervision of the security guards
Safe custody of the access passes issued and keeping logs of goods taken out of the bank’s premises
Manage the production of relevant log reports on security systems for audit purposes and highlight exceptions
Supervise the installation of security equipment, access control, CCTV, alarms, etc
Contribute in the efforts to network with agencies (governmental and non-governmental), other banks and non-banking institutions to establish national security intelligence data source and databases
Understand and interpret security assessment reports and follow up on closing recommendation
Monitor and update security service dashboard
Manage own development to increase own competencies
