Join our team as a Workforce Optimization Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping workforce planning strategy through advanced forecasting, capacity planning, and optimization. You will design scalable models that align staffing strategies with business objectives, ensuring optimal resource utilization across multi-channel environments. This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and collaboration to drive data-informed decision-making at all organizational levels.

Primary Responsibilities:
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
Develop and refine long-term and short-term forecasting models to guide workforce planning, hiring plans, and budget allocation
Analyze historical trends and operational data to enhance forecast accuracy and adaptability
Work with stakeholders to define business needs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions
Communicate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences, from analysts to executives
Strategic Workforce Optimization
Partner with leadership to align staffing models with business goals, seasonal fluctuations, and dynamic initiatives
Translate operational requirements into analytical frameworks, designing solutions for workforce challenges
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions, leveraging tools like Python, R, or SQL
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to align tactical execution with strategic objectives
Leadership & Mentorship
Guide junior team members and promote best practices in workforce planning analytics, innovation & process improvement
Act as thought leader on research initiatives to advance workforce planning methodologies, including:
Developing Python-based automation to streamline planning processes
Exploring AI applications for data analysis, code generation, and predictive modeling
Optimizing blended inbound/outbound contact center staffing to balance cost and service levels
Research and identify optimal strategy to staff vertically integrated contact centers, recommend analytical models and solution approach with a focus of reducing inefficiencies and minimizing sub-optimal solutions in workforce planning process

Required Qualifications:
3+ years in workforce management, forecasting, or capacity planning, preferably in contact center or service environments
Results-driven project leader with proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles
Adept at designing and driving data-driven and cross-functional initiatives
Solid communication skills with ability to distill technical insights for non-technical audiences
Adaptability in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Problem-solving mindset with focus on scalable solutions
Proficiency in Excel, Python, R
Working knowledge of workforce management tools (e.g., NICE, Aspect)
Advanced SQL for complex data extraction and analysis
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and contact center KPIs (e.g., service-level agreements, occupancy rates)
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in workforce optimization

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits re subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,800 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
