Job Overview
Our client is looking for a skilled PPC Manager to build, manage, and optimize ad campaigns while handling conversion tracking and CRO analysis. This is a fully remote, non-client-facing role where you will work behind the scenes, supporting the Client Success Manager (CSM) with reporting and optimizations—no client calls, just high-level PPC execution.

Responsibilities
Google & Meta Ads Campaign Execution – Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
Build & Launch New Accounts – Follow best practices for clean, scalable campaign structures.
Conversion Tracking Setup – Implement Google Tag Manager, GA4, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
Landing Page & CRO Analysis – Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Data-Driven Reporting – Provide insights and structured reports to the Client Success Manager.
Budget & Account Management – Handle multiple accounts efficiently while keeping churn low.
Requirements
2+ years of PPC experience (Google Ads & Meta Ads required)
Strong data analysis & problem-solving skills.
Experience setting up conversion tracking & troubleshooting data accuracy.
Highly organized & detail-oriented with structured workflows.
Self-motivated & proactive – ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong English skills (written & verbal) to collaborate internally.

Salary range: $2,4k – $3,4k monthly (Base + Performance Bonuses)
