Apparel Graphic Designer (Full-Time)
Remote | Time Zone Overlap: 4–6 hours with CST
Our client is a fast-growing apparel design company focused on delivering custom, high-quality designs for sororities, events, and creative apparel projects. We pride ourselves on our creative standards, organizational flow, and team-oriented design process.
We’re looking to bring on a highly organized, self-driven, entry- to mid-level Apparel Graphic Designer with a proven track record of producing results and meeting deadlines. This is a deadline-driven role that requires grit, integrity, and a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities

Create production-ready apparel designs based on client briefs and internal direction

Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce polished vector and raster artwork

Interpret feedback and iterate quickly with a professional, solutions-first attitude

Collaborate with the Art Director and cross-functional teams, especially across CST time zones

Manage design files, maintain version control, and consistently meet timelines

Participate in internal reviews and contribute thoughtfully to team-wide design improvements

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

2+ years of experience in apparel or merchandise design (t-shirt experience strongly preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong skills in both vector and raster-based design

A portfolio showcasing apparel or merchandise work

Experience working with and implementing feedback professionally

Must have a reliable internet connection and strong remote communication habits

Prior remote work experience is a plus
