Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Operator for Place Value, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems. Your main goal will be to maintain and organize data to ensure it is easily accessible and usable by our team. This is a critical role in our company as the accuracy of our data directly impacts our operations and decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into our systems accurately and efficiently
Ensure data is organized and easily accessible for use by our team
Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any data entry issues
Keep confidential and sensitive information secure at all times
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks
Generate reports and analyze data when necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with data organization and storage methods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bonus Skills:
Experience with data entry software or systems
Knowledge of basic SQL queries
Experience with data analysis and generating reports
Knowledge of place value and its importance in mathematical operations
