We are seeking a service-oriented Manager of Analytics Services to provide implementation and operational support in the area healthcare value-based analytic services and reporting.
The ideal candidate will excel at the identification of data trends and insights and translating this information into analytic outcomes. The candidate should also excel at communication and collaboration to share industry’s best practices associated with value-based programs and trends.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support analytics service delivery within the Medicaid, Commercial domains by working closely with clients to understand key performance indicators associated with defined value based payment programs
Identify and deliver business insight via reporting based on current operational results. Predict emerging trends and develop innovative reporting solutions to meet them
Translate highly complex concepts into dashboards and reports that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Partner with Subject Matter Expert (SME) experts to understand existing data sets tools and processes to define and execute an effective strategy to identify and analyze data trends
Become a Business Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the analytic portfolio and drive adoption of best practice business intelligence reporting techniques that include data quality, data governance and data management
Lead a team of analysts/developers who are collectively responsible for:
Developing technical solutions to transform business data models and products in support of customer and reporting development efforts
Developing analytic data sets that drive business insights
Developing ad hoc reports based on BI driven metrics, aggregations, and hierarchies
Delivering data-driven insights to support actionable strategic direction, prioritization, and communication

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with developing and delivering solutions using Snowflake, Databricks .Net, Java, or Oracle
4+ years of experience scoping, deriving and building case-based testing from business requirements
3+ years with solving advanced analytical problems
2+ years of experience working with healthcare claims data and provider operational data
2+ years of experience with modern development methodologies and platforms e.g., DevOps, Agile, Cloud
Solid knowledge of data marts / data base structures
Proven excellent data analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to assess patterns, trends, and behaviors within large data sets
Proven solid organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a highly functioning team of experts
Proven support management and monitoring of delivered software solutions
Proven ability to understand the underlying architecture of solution and how it meets business goals
Proven ability to write, debug and test code to create working solutions
Proven ability to apply unique programming/scripting languages specific to software engineering
Proven ability to design and implement algorithms and create and apply data structures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SSIS
Healthcare claims experience
SQL experience, preferably in SQL Server
SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau experience
Experience deriving and building case-based testing from business requirements
Advanced technical aptitude (can learn new tech quickly)
Manage common database procedures, including backups and restores
Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
