HR Operations Team Leader – Tech (4 days remote)
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Team Leader for an IT / technology client who are growing quickly.

The HR Operations Team Leader will manage and improve HR functions in the Japan office. You need a strong understanding of Japanese employment laws and experience in HR operations. Fluency in Japanese and English is necessary for working with both local and global teams.
Responsibilities:
– Lead & manage HR team.
– HR system design.
– Oversee HR operations (eg. payroll, labor management, social insurance).
– Ensure compliance with labor laws.
– Be the expert on employment practices and legal compliance.
– Conduct audits and prepare HR and payroll reports.
– Manage relationships with vendors like payroll services and benefits providers.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of relevant HR experience
– Understanding of Japanese labor laws compliance.
– Experience in a senior HR operations role.
– Must be fluent in Japanese.
