Job Description:
Program & Management Project Activity are achieved through effective and efficient program management:
Phase and Yearly budget, details implementation plan, and operational strategy are in place and approved in line with WVB operations strategy.
Annual budget utilization achieved by 100%.
100% community representation ensured in need assessment, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation process.
Project phase in, phase out, transition and sustainability planning, extension and initiation of project as required:
Baseline survey, project review and evaluation are in place according to the schedule.
Responsible Upazila program phase out, transition or extension made according to the schedule.
Monitoring Project Activity through regular field visit:
Monitoring ongoing Project Activity through regular field visit.
Implement and monitor shared and micro project
Monitor SKPI and ensure report accordingly.
Ensure community lead and participatory monitoring.
Financial Management/Policy adherence Accountability and quality management system in place:
Obtained Limited Risk in the Internal and GC audit.
Internal control mechanisms are in place.
Ensured 100% compliance of procurement, financial policy and local low
Ensured 100% compliance to Child Protection Policy.
Ensured 100% compliance to Community facilitator’s recruitment guideline.
Appropriate security measures are ensured for personal safety and security of staff and resources according to the WVB Security Plan.
Ensured 100% of Compliance of Grants & PNS (if) fund management at their implementation level.
Team Management & Development Impacted community and staff by Christian commitments and effective leadership:
100% of staff members are hired on time as per budget provision and provided job descriptions.
Ensure 100% implementation of Community Representative Group – owner and implementer of Community Action Plan.
100% of staffs are trained on WV Partnership Vision, Mission, Core Values, CRC/CPP and facilitation.
All Christian staff attended devotional meetings; local church worship services and ensured spiritual formation follow up.
Ensured annual performance review, coaching, monitoring and mentoring for 100% staff members and given ongoing feedback to them.
Lead Capacity Building, Trained volunteers, Committees, Clubs, partners, CBO members on vision, mission and core values:
100% of volunteers, VDCs, partners, and CBO members are trained on WV Partnership Vision, Mission, Core Values, CRC/CPP and facilitation.
Children and women are seen as respected and valuable members in their families and communities among 100% of Registered Children and CBO members’ families.
Partnering, Networking & Advocacy, Improved and sustained work relationship with internal/external stakeholders of WVB”
Develop strategic relationship and partnership with 100% of local stakeholders.
Interact, build and nurture effective working relationships with relevant GO/NGOs, United Nations Agencies, and Civil Society Organizations in order to foster coordination, collaboration and partnership
Served as a resource person for disseminating knowledge and skills to GO/NGO and other institutions.
Inter-church and inter-religious cooperation and dialogues exists in the Project area.
Established adequate referral linkage with the appropriate service providers for the project target groups.
Resource Mobilization, Documentation and Reporting:
Conceptualize the needs and innovative proposal to attract the donors
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and other program and financial reports prepared and in placed and documented in time aligning with Project planning & design as well as donor requirement.

Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Sciences, Social Work or relevant field. (Essential).
Master degree in Social Sciences, Social Work or relevant field (Desirable).
Required Professional Experience
Between 5 – 7 years working experience in Project Management or related fields,
People management experience.
Professional credibility and gravitas to influence, challenge and negotiate across the Executive Leadership Team and at the Board level.
A proven record of developing people in a cross-cultural setting within highly agile environment, and experienced in balancing a drive for results with people-centred service.
A mature and committed Christian who can lead Spiritual Nurture activities.
Required Language(s):
Good command in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
Required travel and/or work environment accommodations:
Up to 50% of travel
Some project locations may be in remote areas. Staff is expected to live in the location.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge and/or other Qualifications:
Clear Understanding on Grants Management and World Vision Operations has to work on.
Strong organizational and management skills, with proven track record of managing people.
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
Ability to demonstrate Servant leadership and foster a team oriented atmosphere.
Strong facilitation skill
Proven management and leadership ability

Salary: Tk. 80000 – 90000 (Monthly)
