JOB OVERVIEW
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based flooring manufacturer and distributor, hiring a Customer Sales Support Representative (CSSR) to support our sales operations remotely. You’ll play a key role in helping process orders, assist customers, manage CRM data, generate and follow up with leads – all while working closely with your sales rep and warehouse partners.
This is a long-term, full-time position for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and CRM experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Sales Support & Order Processing Via ZOHO CRM/ Inventory.
Receive orders from customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Enter quotes and orders in Zoho CRM accurately
Send invoices and confirm payment and shipping status.
Coordinate with the warehouse for fulfillment and delivery updates
Track and manage customer follow-ups through email, text, and whatsapp.
???? Lead Generation & Sales Follow-Up:
Assist with basic lead generation (e.g. research, email outreach, form submissions)
Follow up with leads by email or phone based on status in CRM
Keep Zoho CRM organized with detailed notes, statuses, and contact info
???? Communication & Admin Support
Act as the day-to-day contact for customers via WhatsApp, and email
Support the sales rep with scheduling, quote preparation, and reminders
Maintain clean data and log all communications and updates.
Important Industry Note: SQFT-Based Sales.
In the flooring industry, everything is sold by the square foot (SQFT) – but is physically packaged and shipped in boxes and pallets, but dealt in SQFT. You will need to quickly understand how SQFT pricing works and how it relates to box and pallet quantities. This part is simple once learned but requires accuracy and attention to detail to avoid order mistakes. We’ll provide guidance – you’ll just need to stay focused and sharp.
Requirements
Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms
Strong background in customer service, admin, or sales support
Fluent in written and spoken English
Reliable internet + quiet home office
Available to work 9AM to 5PM U.S. Eastern Time
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with invoicing, freight coordination, or product-based sales
Previous experience supporting a U.S. sales team
Comfortable handling follow-up calls, quote requests, and light phone outreach
