As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Let’s Talk about the Role
As an Intern within our MEA Regional HR Team based in Saudi Arabia you will gain practical experience across core HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
You will get insight into HR policies, procedures, and compliance in a corporate setting as well as an opportunity to contribute to real HR projects and make a meaningful impact. Not only this but you will also receive Mentorship and training from experienced HR professionals.
How you will make the difference:

Support in leading the apprenticeship program and collaboration with vocational colleges in the kingdom

Help maintain and update HR records and systems

Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Skills for Success
You will be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology as well as possessing:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluent in English and Arabic

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia national to meet with localization commitments
