We’re seeking a strategic and highly analytical Director of Global Remote Operations to join our team in Estonia, Tallinn and to lead and optimize our global remote operations.
In this role, you’ll be overseeing and guiding three teams: Customer and Merchant Support, Remote Robot Assistance, and Operational System Monitoring.
You’ll structure and refine our operations in a dynamic environment, constantly driving increased efficiency, productivity, and quality as we scale our operations to meet our ambitious growth goals.
Your main responsibilities are:

Leading and developing a team of 5 direct senior-level reports, collectively overseeing approximately 200 people across 3 teams, both in-house individual contributors and outsourced teams

Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement business initiatives and workflow changes, including communications and appropriate plans for stakeholders involved

Identifying patterns and problem areas, and implementing effective solutions to constantly drive increased efficiency, productivity, and quality

Analyzing and enhancing our operational procedures, workflows, and systems

Scaling the teams to meet our growing business needs, including budgeting, forecasting, and hiring

Thriving in a dynamic environment with short timelines while working under tight deadlines, and not being afraid of going out into the field on the ground level

Applying a strong analytical mindset to understand the business through operational key performance metrics and financials

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

5+ years of supervisory experience in an operational role, specifically leading, inspiring, building, and developing diverse teams, optimizing processes, and consistently delivering on business goals, ideally within a later-stage or high-growth company

Experience from high-volume operational environments (for example, in industries like banking, telecommunication, energetics, logistics, or similar)

A data-driven mindset, strong business judgment, and a proven ability to perform complex analysis, draw key insights, and confidently set targets and manage operational metrics. You genuinely enjoy diving into numbers and data

Demonstrated project and budget management skills

Demonstrated resilience in unpredictable environments, coupled with a strong sense of determination and the ability to make sound decisions even in ambiguous situations or when information is incomplete

Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a natural ability to think at a systems level. You embrace pressure and thrive on the constant urgency needed to solve unique problems

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Beneficial:

Experience in a leadership role where you managed other senior-level leaders (e.g., team leads or managers) who, in turn, oversaw their own teams or functional domains
