Weβre looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team! This is a client-facing role, perfect for someone who is professional, friendly, and confident on video calls. Youβll play a key role in ensuring our clients are happy, supported, and getting the most value from our services.
π Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular check-ins via video calls
Ensure clients are satisfied and supported throughout their journey
Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
Assist in onboarding new clients and setting them up for success
Collect feedback and proactively address concerns or issues
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
π» Tools We Use (Experience Preferred):
Zoom or other video conferencing tools
CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
π Work Setup:
Fully remote
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for video calls
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and confident presence on Zoom or video calls
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client relations is a plus
