Position: Clinic Specialist

At eSync 360°, we believe that exceptional patient care is only possible with precise coordination and world-class clinical operations. We are seeking a Clinic Specialist to lead the execution of our daily workflows and ensure every clinical day runs smoothly-from the backend to the frontline.
This is not a routine administrative role. It is a critical operational position that requires leadership, foresight, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do:

Ensure all medical documentation, forms, imaging, and authorizations are prepared and verified before the start of each clinic day.

Build and manage the daily patient lineup and confirm all logistics are in place.

Maintain constant communication with the Front Desk team located abroad, guiding them remotely and ensuring alignment with local operations.

Coordinate closely with physicians and internal departments to ensure all elements are ready before each consultation.

Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain full visibility over the day’s flow.

Act as the operational leader that ensures consistency, accuracy, and clinical readiness across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Full fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in medical coordination, operations, or clinical administration.

Strong leadership and organizational skills; must be able to guide remote team members effectively.

High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence.

Tech-savvy and familiar with EMR systems, digital forms, and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Available to work on-site daily at our Calle 50 location-remote work is not allowed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing front desk or intake operations in a medical or clinical setting.

Background in specialty or surgical clinics.

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and multitask in real-time.
