LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER (100% REMOTE)
Portuguese company hires a CRM Specialist for a fully remote, project-based role in the international iGaming market.

You’ll be the point person for all outbound communication that moves the needle—SMS, email, WhatsApp/Telegram, and in-app/on-site triggers. Using our BI stack and third-party CRM tools, you’ll define cohorts, craft offers, launch campaigns, and optimise continuously to maximise player LTV across multiple casino brands.
Key Responsibilities
% – Area / What You’ll Do:
40% – Campaign Execution
Plan, build, and deploy daily/weekly SMS & email blasts, drip sequences, and push/IM messages. Ensure flawless QA, deliverability,
25% – Segmentation & Monetisation
Work with BI analysts to slice users into actionable cohorts (e.g., first-time depositors, lapsing VIPs). Design promo calendars that balance operator KPIs with user value.
15% – Copy & Creative Ownership
Write or brief conversion-focused copy that actually sells—promotions, subject lines, CTAs, A/B variants. Coordinate basic graphics and HTML where needed.
10% – Analytics & Optimisation
Track KPIs (open rate, CTOR, CVR, ARPU, churn) in real time. Run multivariate tests, interpret results, and iterate fast. Present weekly performance insights to Ops & Commercial.
10% – Process & Tooling
Maintain clean lists, automations, and templates. Champion deliverability best practices, template hygiene, and post-send monitoring. Document SOPs so we can scale.
Must-Have Qualifications (Must be clearly listed on your CV):

2+ years hands-on CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience with high-volume email and SMS programs (ESP, SMPP, Twilio, Attentive, Klaviyo, or similar).

Proven ability to drive monetisation in an iGaming / casino / sports-betting or other highly regulated vertical.

Analytical mindset – comfortable in spreadsheets, SQL-based dashboards, or Looker/Data Studio; you think in cohorts, not “lists.”

Fluent written English with copywriting chops (concise, persuasive, on-brand).

Solid understanding of sender reputation, list hygiene, and deliverability mechanics.

Strong project-management discipline: you can juggle multiple offers, brands, and deadlines without dropping balls.

Nice-to-Have

Former CRM Manager at a casino operator or top-tier affiliate.

Experience launching WhatsApp Business API, Telegram bots, or push notifications at scale.

Basic HTML/CSS and template editing skills.

Familiarity with BI / CDP tools (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Segment, Optimove, Braze, etc.).

Scripting or no-code automation skills (Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script) to streamline workflows.

Success Metrics (First 3–6 Months)

Campaign profitability, you are your own PNL unit, you will have clear ROAS and scale goals.
