Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to provide full-time remote support for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with engineering or consulting firms and be well-versed in cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications.
Evaluate and prepare tender and contract documentation.
Monitor project costs and perform cost control and reporting.
Liaise with project engineers, architects, and clients to ensure cost-effective execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, Candy, etc.).
Strong understanding of Saudi market rates and construction practices.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Prior experience supporting remote or international teams is a plus.
