About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US market for our IT and BPO outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales, client acquisition, and consultative selling in the technology and outsourcing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the USA across IT, BPO, and digital transformation verticals.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and custom solutions for prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and IT decision-makers.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to finalize scope and commercials.
Drive revenue targets through direct client acquisition and partnership development.
Attend virtual events, webinars, and B2B platforms to network and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in US-based IT/BPO outsourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and lead-gen platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clutch, etc.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience working with mid-sized US clients or startups.
Understanding of offshore/onsite delivery models and SLAs.
