Responsibilities & Context:
1. Server & System Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and basic virtualization
System backup, restoration, and uptime monitoring
Monitor system logs and security events
2. Desktop, Laptop, & All-in-One (AIO) PC Support:
Setup and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and AIO devices
Handle OS installation (Windows/Linux), drivers, antivirus, updates
RAM/HDD/SSD/display/power-related issue resolution
Manage user profiles and system configurations
3. Printer & Peripheral Device Support:
Setup and maintenance of the network and USB printers, scanners
Replace toner/ink, manage network printing issues
Handle label/barcode printers (if used in the warehouse or POS)
4. POS (Point of Sale) Device Support:
Install and configure POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers
Resolve POS-related hardware and software issues
Provide support for restaurant/shop-based billing systems and POS software
Regular sync/backup of POS data and logs
Troubleshoot touch screen calibration, LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity of POS terminals
5. Kiosk System Support:
Install and support customer self-service kiosks (ordering, info, ticketing, etc.)
Manage touch screen calibration, OS updates, and kiosk apps
Monitor system logs, hardware health (cooling, screen, card reader, etc.)
Support restaurant menu kiosks and customer order flow
6. CCTV Surveillance System:
Install and maintain IP/Analog CCTV, DVR/NVR systems
Ensure proper recording, angle, night vision, and remote access
Assist in footage backup and camera health checks
7. Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi):
Setup and maintenance of routers, switches, and access points
Handle LAN cabling, patch panels, IP conflicts, and bandwidth management
Diagnose and repair connectivity and signal coverage issues
8. User Support & Helpdesk Operations:
Provide Level-1 & Level-2 support for IT incidents and service requests
Maintain ticketing logs, troubleshoot on-site or via remote tools (AnyDesk, RDP, TeamViewer)
Educate users on IT policy, security, and good practices
9. Documentation & Asset Tracking:
Maintain detailed documentation of all IT assets: brand, config, warranty, condition
Log incidents, solutions, and vendor communication
Provide weekly reports to supervisors
Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience:

1 to 3 years
