We’re SnapSites and Web Divine, two growing Australian web brands under one roof:
– SnapSites builds modern, high-converting websites for small businesses – launched in 7 days or less.
– Web Divine works with $1M+ companies on custom websites, marketing campaigns, and branding projects.
Right now, we’re looking for a Graphic/Web Designer who’s ready to take our designs to the next level.
About the Role
You’ll be the creative force behind turning wireframes, AI content, and briefs into beautiful, effective websites and brand visuals. You’ll collaborate with our founder, developers, and content team to create designs that are not just good – they convert, inspire, and elevate our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Turn wireframes (from Relume/Figma) into polished page mockups
– Design full-page layouts for WordPress or Shopify projects
– Create brand identity elements (logos, colour palettes, fonts, icon styles)
– Design banners, testimonials, CTA graphics, and visuals for high-converting sections
– Prepare assets for handoff to developers – clean, structured, and annotated
– Work across a mix of industries like hair & beauty, health, NDIS, home services, and more
– Help shape reusable design systems and internal SnapSites templates
– Occasionally assist with sales deck visuals, social media graphics, or case study mockups
Who You Are
– You live in Figma and have a great eye for modern, responsive design
– You’ve got 2+ years experience designing websites, preferably with Elementor/WordPress experience
– You understand how layout, spacing, font pairing, and colour theory affect conversion
– You’re comfortable using brand guidelines – or creating them from scratch
– You can work from wireframes, copy docs, or a blank canvas
Bonus: You know basic HTML/CSS or have collaborated with devs before
Double bonus: You’ve worked with clients in beauty, health, or coaching industries
