Job Description
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple programs and locations using TechnologyOne.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including on-boarding, terminations, and changes to employment conditions.
Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work legislation specific to the community services sector.
Ensure accurate calculation and payment of superannuation, PAYG, leave entitlements, and other deductions.
Respond to payroll-related queries, supporting staff in understanding their entitlements.
Additional ADHOC tasks as required by the wider team.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience in payroll processing, preferably within the community services or not-for-profit sector.
(Must Have) Proficiency in TechnologyOne (TechOne) Payroll system.
Strong knowledge of relevant awards (e.g., SCHADS Award), enterprise agreements, and Fair Work legislation.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
