What Youll Be Doing
In this role, youll serve as the first point of contact between our clients and their potential customers. Youll be reaching out to key decisionmakers, uncovering pain points, and booking qualified meetings to jumpstart the sales process.
Your daytoday will include
Placing outbound B2B calls to highpotential leads provided to you
Using proven scripts and sales strategies to spark interest and build rapport
Asking insightful questions to qualify prospects and assess fit
Handling objections confidently and professionally
Scheduling discovery calls or demos for client sales teams
Following up on warm leads and tracking engagement across multiple interactions
Maintaining accurate notes, activity logs, and status updates in the CRM
Collaborating with account managers to continuously optimize outreach

You should have
Strong communication skills and confidence on sales calls
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound lead generation a big plus
Experience in customer service roles

Starting at 1,000month base pay plus performancebased incentives
