To provide administrative support to the L&SC PCTH team to support the delivery of L&SC PCTH activities.
This is a remote position with the option to work from the office.
Main duties of the job

Support Senior Administrator and wider team with general administration tasks and duties

Manage the L&SC PCTH email

Dealing with enquiries on behalf of the L&SC PCTH team and responding to emails as directed

Update spreadsheets and databases

Coordinate diaries for the Senior Management Team

Organise and attend meetings as required, take minutes and provide any necessary paperwork

Support filing, administration and data management

Type and produce documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations, flyers and templates as required

Publishing communications via social media and weekly newsletter

Update website and related virtual platforms

Other office duties e.g. order stationery, organise venues and catering for meetings

Any other general secretarial duties required by the L&SC PCTH team
