We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote position offering a unique opportunity for growth, excellent earning potential, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing:
Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals for open positions using various platforms, tools, and methods.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Client Collaboration:
Understand client needs and job requirements to effectively match candidates.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding candidate progress, updates, and feedback.
Candidate Engagement & Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Process Management:
Track and manage recruitment activities in our CRM system.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
Must have access to a reliable computer/laptop and phone service.
A stable internet connection suitable for video meetings and online recruitment tasks.
Work Schedule:
Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with a one-hour lunch break.
Meeting Participation:
Must be able to participate in weekly Zoom meetings with the team.
Other:
A proactive, results-driven attitude with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in recruiting or sales is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with healthcare recruitment is a strong plus.
