About your role:

Provide high quality, confidential administrative support to the team to ensure timely and accurate records are maintained.

Actively contribute to a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and ethical behaviour.

Provide a quality client service by communicating effectively with staff, patients, carers, and external agencies demonstrating empathy, patience, and a positive service focus.

Respond to enquiries – in person, by phone, mail, email, redirect and prioritise where appropriate.

Coordinate all aspects of the office requirements including stationery and office equipment ordering, equipment repairs and maintenance.
