Looking for partners to help us attract new employer – clients across the Middle East Countries.
Role Overview:
Your job will be to reach out to companies in the Middle East and introduce our recruitment services. This includes making calls, sending messages via LinkedIn, and email outreach to HR professionals and business owners. Your goal is to onboard new employers who need staffing support.
Target Sectors:
Hospitality, Beauty & Wellness, Construction, Customer Service, and Engineering.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. You’ll earn a fee for each employer you bring in, with additional bonuses for successful candidate placements. There is also potential for long-term revenue from repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
Based in or connected to the Middle East region
Experience in outreach, recruitment, or B2B sales
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email outreach
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Self-motivated and results-driven
