Responsibilities & Context:
Design, build, and maintain web applications and internal tools
Develop secure, scalable backend systems with Laravel and AWS
Create responsive UIs using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
Build automation workflows in n8n integrating AI models like ChatGPT
Develop and manage APIs, databases, and server infrastructure
Train and optimize AI models and prompts
Automate processes across departments using intelligent tech
Ensure system performance, security, and reliability
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
Experience:
At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements:
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Laravel, React, Tailwind, JavaScript, TypeScript
Backend development using AWS (Lambda, S3, Aurora, EventBridge, CloudWatch)
Workflow automation with n8n or similar platforms
Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
Knowledge of AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
Understanding of multi-agent systems and orchestration logic
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment
Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Soft Skills
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely with international teams
