🚀 The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re hiring a Building Estimator to support the growing pipeline of residential projects at an award-winning South Australian home builder with more than 20 years of industry success. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup.
This position requires extensive experience in residential estimating within the Australian construction industry —a non-negotiable requirement. You’ll play a key role in pricing, budgeting, and variation management across the full project lifecycle, using Excel and estimation tools while maintaining clear communication with suppliers and internal teams.
🎯 How You’ll Make an Impact
Accurately interpret floor plans and prepare budgets, cost estimates, and variation pricing
Assist in the pre-construction phase by handling contract estimating and sales pricing
Liaise with drafting, construction, and admin teams to maintain alignment with client expectations
Resolve invoice discrepancies and process supplier orders accurately and efficiently
Review and support documentation for planning and building applications
Support contract and selection administration processes as required
✅ What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have 5+ years of experience in residential estimating within the Australian construction industry (non-negotiable)
Are an Excel expert and comfortable working with estimating software and data entry platforms
Understand Australian building codes, workflows, and construction documentation
Have strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers, consultants, and internal staff
Can work independently and prioritise tasks to meet multiple project deadlines
Are highly detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive in a fast-paced environment
✨ What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
Prior experience using estimation software tools and working with high-volume project teams
Experience managing full project file reviews before construction begins
Familiarity with contract variation workflows and selection request administration

Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
