We’re looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in a sales role, ideally within the global logistics or supply chain industry. If you’re a proactive communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and uncovering new business opportunities we want to hear from you. This is a salaried position and not a commission-based role. We’re looking for team members who are driven by performance, not pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach to potential clients.
Qualify prospects and set up appointments or demos for senior sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
A background in logistics or supply chain sales is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Other requirements
High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50–100 Mbps).
Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
Stable backup power supply.
Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
Availability: Monday–Friday during U.S. time zones.
