Our client is a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Cooperate with Sales Department & Marketing to collect information, samples for checking, analyzing, and defining product standards.
Take ownership of the product development lifecycle including structural design, prototype evaluation, material estimation, bill of materials preparation, and production documentation.
Collaborate with the Procurement team to source or recommend material updates from suppliers that enhance quality while optimizing cost.
Work with production engineering teams to introduce R&D projects aimed at improving production efficiency and consistency.
Coordinate with the QA team to analyze competing products and materials to gain market insights.
Compile collected data to identify gaps and propose actionable improvements.
Monitor and support trial runs of new materials or product iterations.
Lead R&D projects and oversee their execution to ensure alignment with company goals.
Establish quality inspection protocols for new products.
Perform additional tasks as delegated by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar R&D or technical product role.
Strong command of English and/or Chinese.
Adept at collaborating with internal departments and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience working with suppliers both locally and internationally.
Solid understanding of factory operations and production workflows.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
