Job Title: AI Workflow Implementer (Philippines-Based)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor (40 hours a week)
Reports to: Head of Growth (PH)
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and execution-focused AI Workflow Implementer to help build and maintain AI-powered systems using tools like ChatGPT, Slack, ClickUp, Upgrade to see actual info, and Google Workspace.
This is not a developer role. You’ll use no-code tools, SOPs, and AI to automate workflows, document processes, and support the growth team in executing faster and smarter.
You’ll play a key role in helping us roll out the next generation of AI agents across departments, from hiring and CRO to legal and operations.
Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Workflow Execution
Use ChatGPT to generate structured task briefs, checklists, and SOPs
Assist in training ChatGPT agents to handle basic team workflows
Monitor Slack/ClickUp for AI ideas and convert them into tasks
Automation + Tool Integration
Build simple automations using Upgrade to see actual info (e.g., Slack ? ClickUp ? Email workflows)
QA bot/agent behavior and fix broken flows
Keep tools like Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Slack in sync through integrations
Documentation & Support
Maintain updated SOPs, task templates, and process maps
Record Loom videos or instructions for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on how to use the new workflows
Track which workflows are live, blocked, or in need of revision
You’re a Fit If You:
Are highly organized and execution-driven
Can follow SOPs and improve them with feedback
Have excellent written English and can write clear task descriptions
Are comfortable learning new tools quickly (ChatGPT, ClickUp, Make, Slack, etc.)
Have experience with remote teams and fast-moving projects
Bonus If You:
Have experience with Upgrade to see actual info or Zapier
Have used ChatGPT for SOPs, copywriting, or documentation
Understand marketing, hiring funnels, or e-commerce operations
Have worked on a growth or operations team before
