Job Role and Responsibilities:

For Existing customer Supports:

o L1 and L2 local support [Technical and functional] : Ticket handling
o For customization request: Requirement gathering , prepare the document , SIT , UAT and production
movement execution and Support
o Connect customer based on defined frequency

For Implementation customer Supports:

o Technical and functional local support
o Technical and functional training to financial institutes [Bank and NBFC]

New prospects

o Technical session and manage the queries
o Technical set up
Desired for the Role:

Technically lead the projects through all stages of life cycle, including responsibility design, development,

and acceptance testing

Should be able to provide support as per defined shifts/client time zones.

Should be able to gather the business and technical requirement, prepare the documents and sign off with

customer.

Should be able to conduct workshop to handle business and technical queries

SIT and UAT Support

L1 and L2 technical and functional support

Experience in the design and development of high-volume transactions.

API Programming

Profound insight of Java, JEE and API (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)

Strong background of Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns

As a Translator : Vietnamese and English.
