Duties and responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries related to bookings and vehicle availability
Guide clients through rental terms and options
Issue or adjust invoices and receipts
Help customers with login, website navigation, or booking errors
Track and report client concerns in CRM tools
Maintain service-level agreements and quality standards
You bring:
C2 German fluency (written and verbal)
High school diploma
Legal right to work in Portugal (EU documents or Manifestação)
