As a Recruiter, you’ll be instrumental in matching talented candidates with excellent job opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and create appropriate job descriptions.
Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards and social media.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic) and English is essential.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help candidates.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
