Our client a real estate firm in Canada is seeking a motivated to join their growing team and committed to staying long-time.
This is a remote role but availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) is essential. Full training will be provided, ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities:
Review client requirements and identify matching properties from an internal database
Communicate with agents to gather property details and clarify listing information
Assist in preparing clear, well-structured presentation reports for agents
Accurately update and maintain data in Google Sheets and related tracking tools
Follow detailed processes and documentation to ensure task accuracy and consistency
Complete assignments promptly while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Collaborate positively with the team and contribute to a high-energy work culture
Requirements:
Diploma and above in Real Estate, IT or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and internet navigation.
Availability to work EST hours, 4pm to 12 Midnight – Kenyan time.
