The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role involves managing the recruitment and selection process, designing and executing talent development programs, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Create and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Design and execute employee development programs to enhance skills and retention.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and creating a positive workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and government regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to line managers.
Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to drive improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with HR software and tools.
Willing to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday.
Willing to work remotely.
