Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to support the daily operations of our online sales channels. The E-Commerce Coordinator will assist the account manager in ensuring that our e-commerce accounts are properly maintained, with accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory management. This position involves working with major online marketplaces like Amazon, as well as assisting with data analysis and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Coordinator Mission:
Keep key e-commerce accounts serviced and up to date.
Support the account manager by pulling data, generating spreadsheets, and performing calculations to track performance.
Ensure all new products are uploaded to various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner.
Regularly review top-selling items, adjusting images, videos, and variations where needed. Ensure the inventory status is correct across all platforms.
Work within our internal systems and customer systems to pull, update, and ensure pricing is accurate. Also, manage promotional pricing during sales periods.
Coordinate product listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with key online marketplace platforms and ensure all requirements are met.
Provide ongoing analysis of e-commerce metrics, identifying opportunities to improve product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Assist in troubleshooting issues related to online orders, inventory discrepancies, or product mismanagement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or in a similar role.
Platform Experience: Must have experience uploading products on Houzz and Cymax. Experience on Lowe’s, Walmart, Amazon, and Target platforms is a plus.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
Attention to Detail: Must be highly efficient, organized, and detail-oriented to ensure accurate product listings and timely order processing.
Other Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience using Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with product image optimization, video content, and managing product variations.
Experience with inventory management and sales analysis
