Responsibilities & Context:
Proven work experience as a graphic designer and digital marketer or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive results.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. with a strong understanding of design & digital marketing principles, color theory, and layout composition.
Solid understanding and experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including content creation and analytics.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and engagement across various digital platforms.
Design visually appealing graphics and maintain high-quality, eye-catching content like social media post images, banners, blog images, info-graphics, website banners, etc. for Web & Social Media advertisements.
Manage and maintain the company`s social media presence across platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc., develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, website, etc.) to reach the company`s target customers.
Research market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumers to drive engagements and conversions.
Optimize website content, Meta tags, and on-page elements to improve search engine visibility, i.e, perform search engine optimization (SEO).
Track and analyze social media metrics and performance using analytical tools.· Prepare regular reports detailing key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
Updating company websites & social media pages as a regular practice.
