Responsibilities & Context:
Remote HR Specialist
Are you a driven HR professional with a knack for finding top talent? We’re looking for a fully remote, full-time HR Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

Sourcing and hiring new employees

Developing and delivering training programs

Managing employee KPI assessments

This is a 9-hour per day position, working Sunday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. There will be monthly recruitment KPIs to meet.

Additional information：

There’s a 3-month probation period, with the possibility of early regularization based on performance.

7 days annual leave after becoming a regular employee.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology

Experience:

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 35 years

To be successful, you’ll need:

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

1-2 years of experience in recruitment

Strong familiarity with local online recruitment channels

Excellent stress management and resilience
