Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience managing bulk hiring projects and possess strong domain expertise in non-IT sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Handle bulk hiring initiatives efficiently within tight timelines.
Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
Facilitate negotiations on job offers and ensure smooth on boarding processes.
Regularly update and manage candidate databases using ATS or CRM tools.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Manage external recruitment vendors and coordinate accordingly.
Utilize job portals effectively (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) for sourcing quality candidates.
Organize interview schedules and coordinate logistics.
Prepare regular recruitment analytics and reports to measure recruitment effectiveness.
Build and maintain a professional network for future hiring needs.
Ensure effective and clear communication internally and externally.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (1 to 15 years).
Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple recruitment drives.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
