๐ Job Title: Recruitment Support
๐ Location: Remote (Work from Home)
๐งพ Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (Full-time)
๐ Reports To: Operations Manager
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate & Data Management
Update and maintain candidate records in the CRM (e.g., name, contact info, status)
Import and organize resumes/CVs into the system
Track completion of job-specific questions and pre-qualifying forms
Follow up on candidate documentation to prepare for visa application (e.g., passport, certificates)
2. Communication & Follow-up
Communicate with candidates via: Phone, Email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp.
Follow up on job questions, form responses, document submissions, and meeting confirmations
Handle general inquiries from candidates (FAQs, status updates) through email and GRiP social media channels
Share job posts into targeted industry or regional groups
Monitor inboxes (Facebook, LinkedIn, Email) and route inquiries to relevant team members
Assist in scheduling interviews and meetings via Zoom/ Teams/ Google Meet as required

Familiarity with the following would be a plus:
ATS or CRM Systems (e.g., RecruitCRM, JobAdder)
Microsoft Office
Zoom, Teams, Google Meet
Facebook Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn
Asana, Microsoft Planner, or similar task tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
Experience in recruitment administration, communications or admin support
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Familiarity with social media tools used professionally
Tech-savvy, organized, and able to follow SOPs with minimal supervision
Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
