We are actively hiring CPAs and non-CPAs with extensive accounting backgrounds to join our growing remote team supporting U.S.-based clients across various industries. Whether you’re a highly analytical Staff Accountant, a detail-oriented A/P Specialist, or a seasoned CPA, we want to hear from you.
You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and compliant financial services while collaborating with clients in fast-paced environments. This is a great opportunity for accounting professionals who are tech-savvy, dependable, and excited to work with reputable clients in the U.S.
Open Roles:
1. Staff Accountant
Assist with general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Support audits and year-end closings
Industry knowledge in Real Estate, HOA, or Construction is a plus
2. Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist
Manage full-cycle A/P: invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor payments
Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Reconcile A/P transactions and ensure timely and accurate payments
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
Experience with U.S. accounting systems preferred
3. Senior CPA
Lead month-end and year-end closings for multiple clients
Oversee full accounting cycle and team workflows
Conduct tax planning and filing (individual, corporate, partnership returns)
Provide financial analysis and advisory support
Ensure GAAP compliance and provide audit support
Proven ability to work directly with U.S. clients and senior stakeholders
General Qualifications:
CPA licensure (for Senior CPA role); strong accounting background for non-CPA roles
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar U.S. accounting software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Reliable internet and remote-ready workstation
Nice to Have:
Experience working with U.S. clients or firms
Background in HOAs, construction, or property management accounting
Familiarity with project-based accounting or job costing
