We specialize in helping startups, scale-ups, and medium-sized enterprises streamline their operations through smart automation and tailored business solutions.
We are now looking for a highly motivated Working Student Digitalization Consultant to join us remotely or from our base in Cyprus. You will work closely with the company’s founder and Chief Delivery Officer, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital solutions and playing a key role in client delivery and growth.

Tasks
Consulting & Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Develop tailored digitalization strategies that align with customer needs and market trends.
CRM & Software Implementation: Deploy, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
Automation & Integrations: Support automation efforts, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints.
Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client relationships through solution-oriented consulting.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
Consulting Mindset: A proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to understand customer pain points and guide them through digital change.
Experience in Sales Organizations: Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus, to consult our Clients on Sales Processes
Technical Understanding:
Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
Project Management Experience: Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management approaches.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients and team members at different levels.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
